Jessica McClung
About The Owner
She founded ABS to reflect her core values—ethical care, authentic connection, and family-centered support. Her background in mental health counseling guides her holistic approach, allowing her to understand the whole child, support families with compassion, and communicate effectively across a variety of settings.
Jessica is dedicated to providing neuro-affirming, consent-based services that meet each child where they are and empower them to thrive. She is passionate about expanding access to high-quality, individualized ABA services so that more families can receive the support they need to help their children succeed.
As a mom to three neurodivergent children, Jessica blends professional expertise with personal insight, bringing both empathy and evidence-based practices to every family she serves. Outside of work, she enjoys life on the Treasure Coast with her husband and three boys, filling their days with beach trips, silly adventures, and plenty of family laughter.

Heather Lacharite, M.S., BCBA
Heather serves as Lead BCBA-Growth and Development at Alpha Behavior Solutions. Heather brings over a decade of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Her work focuses on developing effective, evidence-based programs that help children, families, and clinical teams thrive. Certified in Organizational Business Management and ADOS-2, Heather is dedicated to supporting growth through evidenced based, innovation and compassionate practices. In her free time, she loves exploring the outdoors with her family, fishing with her son, and enjoying long walks and runs in the Florida sunshine.

Cara DeMichael
Cara is an RBT and our Marketing & Community Outreach Manager at ABS. She is passionate about providing high-quality ABA therapy and building meaningful connections with learners and their families. Cara has a special interest in supporting functional communication and helping children develop independence through the use of AAC devices. When she’s not in the field, Cara enjoys the creative side of marketing; using her skills to bring awareness to ABS’s mission, share resources with families and schools, and highlight the positive impact ABA services have in the community.

Bryn Santa Rosa
Bryn is our lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with a passion for supporting children and helping them thrive through individualized, child-led therapy. My approach emphasizes meeting each child where they are, following their interests, and using natural motivation to build meaningful skills. I am currently in school and will soon be starting the student analyst program, where I look forward to gaining deeper knowledge and hands-on experience as I work toward becoming a behavior analyst. In my role as Lead RBT, I also enjoy training and mentoring staff to build confidence and provide support in delivering high-quality ABA services.
I love working with children and believe therapy should be both effective and joyful. Every session is an opportunity to build connections, celebrate progress, and empower children to reach their fullest potential.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my fiancé and son, staying active with CrossFit, and practicing yoga to keep balance in my daily life.
